Florida is a tropical climate, and while our home is professionally treated quarterly, it’s not possible to eliminate all bugs. You may see the occasional lizard outdoors or experience mosquitoes in the evenings—especially after it rains. We recommend packing bug spray for your comfort. You may notice our lawn care, trash/recycling, or pest control vendors on-site during your stay. These services help us keep the property in top condition and are scheduled regularly. Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place trash bags in the outdoor bin on Sunday and Wednesday evenings by 7:30 PM, so our team can bring them to the curb. If that’s not possible, place bags in the bin on Monday or Thursday morning to ensure pickup.
